    Distillers & Independent Brands:

2024 Dues are $1 per case based on estimated annual 6-pk cases produced

    Minimum Dues: $250 | Maximum Dues: $5,000

To calculate dues, multiply estimated annual production of 4.5L cases x $1

    For example, (500) 4.5L cases produced x $1 = $500 for 2024 annual dues.

California Regional Guilds and/or ACSA members, are offered a 10% dues discount.

To calculate the discount, multiply 0.1 x Total Dues.

Amount Due = Total Dues minus Discount (if applicable)

“The Type 74 license made the craft distillery industry a viable option. Otherwise, if you were looking to get into the wholesale game, you were more than likely looking outside of California in areas where it is much cheaper to operate out of.”

— Jason Poole, Midtown Spirits

“The [temporary Direct-to-Consumer shipping] measure allowed my distillery to keep the lights on, barely, but we have lived with the ever-present knowledge that DTC has not been made permanent and will no longer be allowed without legislative action.

— Ryan Freisen, Blinking Owl Distillery

“Without the California Distillers Guild, we wouldn’t be able to move forward with this exciting project.”

— Nate Randall, Hinterhaus Distilling
